Based on a conversation with one of the tourists staying at the hotel, who had traveled to Antalya multiple times, I became familiar with the Terracity Shopping Center. He explained that this mall offers numerous seasonal and periodic sales, making it possible to find affordable and budget-friendly products there. This piqued my curiosity, so I decided to spend a few hours exploring the mall and gathering detailed information about product prices and its facilities to share my experience with you in this article.

Upon entering the mall, I quickly realized that Terracity is a spacious four-story building with 150 boutiques, covering an area of 48,000 square meters. This shopping center houses branches of well-known global and Turkish brands. I have also compiled a list of 30 of the most popular brands along with their store locations for your reference.

My Shopping Experience

I started my visit to Terracity Shopping Center with the goal of shopping at ARMAGAN OYUNCAK, a well-known store specializing in a variety of toys for different age groups. Located on the second floor, the store had a spacious layout filled with diverse toy collections. Each shelf was labeled with large signs indicating age categories, making it easier for me to find what I needed.

The store was exceptionally clean, featuring a white and pink color scheme with child-friendly lighting, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The wide selection of products reassured me that I would find exactly what I was looking for. The salesperson was polite and helpful, even providing useful information on how to clean and maintain the gift I purchased. ARMAGAN was one of the few toy stores where all the staff were friendly and professional.

In the end, I bought LEGO DC SUPER HEROES BATMAN 30653 for $149.99. I found the store’s prices to be in the mid to high range. While I didn’t notice any discounts, there were a few shelves with budget-friendly items available.

I visited BLUE DIAMOND, located on the same second floor, to purchase a necklace. I approached a salesperson named Volkan for guidance on a necklace with diamond carat specifications, a modern, and delicate style. However, he was so indifferent to my inquiry that I was genuinely shocked and decided to leave the store.

At that moment, Mr. Halkan, the store manager, warmly invited me to the necklace display counter. With his guidance, I purchased the CARAT DIAMOND SOLITAIRE NECKLACE at a 50% discount, paying only 35,990 TL. This discount was truly reasonable, considering the product’s original high price. Finally, the necklace was elegantly packaged in a stylish box, and I left the store feeling satisfied and happy.

Although the initial prices of most jewelry items in this store were high, the special discounts balanced the costs. It seemed like a marketing strategy to attract customers.

I conducted thorough research on the facilities available at this shopping center and compiled them into the following list:

The luxurious and spacious Terracity Shopping Center houses approximately 25 cafés and restaurants, including well-known names. Most dining options are located on the second floor, though a few small cafés can be found on the ground floor as well. Below is a list of some of the dining options available:

My Dining Experience at HD ISKENDER

Since I was extremely hungry after shopping, I chose to dine at HD ISKENDER, a local Turkish restaurant on the second floor of Terracity, without conducting prior research or asking for recommendations.

The restaurant space was small and somewhat unorganized, but it did not appear unhygienic. The menu indicated low prices, so I ordered a traditional Turkish döner kebab.

When my meal arrived, I noticed that the slices of döner kebab were much thinner than I had expected. The sauce portion was minimal, and the bread was dry, which slightly impacted the overall quality. The flavor of the döner kebab was unique, and I can’t give a fully positive or negative review.

The food prices ranged from 300 to 400 TL. While the pricing was reasonable, the quality of the food was not entirely satisfying.

Access & Operating Hours

Terracity Shopping Center is located near the Mediterranean coast, in the Muratpaşa (Lara) district, Fener neighborhood, on Tekelioğlu Street. You can reach Terracity using various public transportation options, including taxis, buses, and trams. Simply get off at the Lara Beach station and take a short walk to the mall. This shopping complex is open daily except for certain public holidays and special occasions, operating from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

How to Get There from Antalya City Center (Kaleiçi)?

From Antalya city center (Kaleiçi), the fastest option is taking a taxi via İsmet Gökşen Cd. and Sinanoğlu Cd., which takes only 21 minutes.

Alternatively, you can easily reach the shopping mall by taking bus lines 07 and 08 from Lara.

Final Thoughts

Terracity Shopping Center truly offers a wide range of clothing, bags, shoes, cosmetics, home essentials, and toys at reasonable prices. In my opinion, the variety in designs, colors, brands, and price ranges is quite comprehensive.

Additionally, the mall features a travel agency named Belmondo, a supermarket, and a pet store, which you can visit if needed. Overall, Terracity provides both high-end shopping from globally renowned brands and budget-friendly purchases from local stores. In my experience, two hours is sufficient to explore the mall’s stores.
