I had previously seen LC Waikiki stores in Istanbul and, since then, had planned to visit LC Waikiki stores in Antalya when I traveled to the city. My goal was to gain a fresh experience in terms of pricing, quality, location, staff behavior, and discounts. Fortunately, I had an interesting experience with LC Waikiki stores in Antalya, and I am sharing all these details with you in this article.

There are many LC Waikiki stores in Antalya. However, due to time constraints, I managed to visit only two of them: one at TerraCity Shopping Center and the other at MarkAntalya Shopping Center. LC Waikiki Store at TerraCity Shopping Center

My first choice for a visit was the LC Waikiki store at TerraCity Shopping Center, located in the Lara district of Antalya. This store was situated on the first floor of the shopping mall, and from a distance, I could easily spot the iconic Mickey Mouse logo, which made it easy to locate the store quickly.

The store appeared exceptionally clean and well-organized, with everything sparkling. The layout of the clothes was very neat, with all items properly placed in their respective sections. One of the positive aspects of this store was that all items had price tags, which made it easier for me to find and purchase what I was looking for.

At around 3 PM, I went to the men’s jeans section to purchase a relatively high-quality pair of jeans. I was genuinely surprised by the behavior of the lady responsible for assisting customers in this section. She did not have a pleasant demeanor, and when I asked her about a specific product I was looking for, she responded curtly, without even checking, and said that such an item was not available. However, with a quick search on my own, I managed to find the jeans I wanted.

Even though the store wasn’t very crowded, the same lady didn’t assist me in finding the right size. Ultimately, by checking the size labels on the jeans myself, I was able to find a suitable pair and proceeded to the cashier. The jeans were priced at 425 Lira, and unlike the salesperson in the jeans section, the cashier was very polite and treated me with respect.

I noticed during my shopping experience at the LC Waikiki store in TerraCity Shopping Center that customers are charged 3 Lira for a bag to carry their purchases, which was somewhat surprising. Additionally, I realized that many of the products in this store are seasonal, making it quite difficult to find t-shirts during the winter.

If I overlook the behavior of the salesperson in the jeans section, the behavior of other sales consultants in the hoodies and sweatshirts sections, as well as their detailed explanations for each product, was truly excellent. Mr. Duman was one of the individuals whose good attitude and guidance left a lasting impression on me.

In my opinion, the product quality was excellent; however, despite the organized layout in the footwear section, there were some size shortages. Overall, the prices seemed slightly high, but a discount system was visible on most items in the store.

To reach this branch, you need to go to TerraCity Shopping Center, located in the Muratpaşa (Lara) district, Fener neighborhood, Tekelioğlu Street. Since public transportation in Antalya is less efficient compared to Istanbul, I recommend taking a taxi to reach TerraCity without any hassle.

This store is open daily, except on holidays and special occasions, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

LC Waikiki store in MarkAntalya shopping center

I had previously visited MarkAntalya Shopping Center and knew that it was known as a luxurious and expensive mall. However, on that day, I realized that the LC Waikiki brand had priced its products fairly in this mall. The LC Waikiki store is located on the basement level (-1) of the center. This store is very luxurious, with modern architecture and bright lighting that makes it visible from afar.

Compared to the previous store in TerraCity, this one was larger and had a greater variety in the home goods section, especially dishes and tableware. A significant portion of the store was dedicated to clothing, footwear, and sneakers, with a special section for children’s sneakers. I purchased a high-quality pair of sneakers as a souvenir for 400 Lira and also bought a pair of glass cups for 299 Lira, which were in the discounted section.

From my experience and observations that day, very few people leave this store empty-handed because of the noticeable discounts. The store offered a collection of trendy clothing for all ages.

My negative experience in the LC Waikiki store at MarkAntalya was related to the aggressive behavior of the cashier, Özlem. She was very unfriendly and avoided making eye contact with customers.

Another downside of this store was the policies around the fitting rooms, where customers were given very limited time to try on clothes. The staff in this area spoke in a harsh tone and repeatedly shouted loudly that the fitting time was over and customers had to leave the fitting rooms.

I didn’t notice any significant price differences between the products in this store and the TerraCity store, which suggests that LC Waikiki has implemented consistent pricing across its various branches.

The store is open daily from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. You can visit this store any day at MarkAntalya Shopping Center.

In my opinion, shopping online from the website www.lcwaikiki.it is a smart choice for those who don’t have enough time to visit the brand’s physical stores. By using various filters and a simple search, you can easily find your desired product. Additionally, items eligible for returns are clearly marked. With online shopping, you can conveniently have your purchase delivered to your hotel or place of stay.

Final Thoughts

Based on my experience, there is no issue with the quality of LC Waikiki’s products. The prices were also reasonable, and the brand has managed to maintain consistent pricing across all its branches. However, I cannot give full marks to the behavior of the staff, as there were both polite and helpful employees as well as some with poor and irritable attitudes.

The variety of products at the LC Waikiki branch in MarkAntalya was greater, but I personally preferred the neat and organized layout of the TerraCity branch. If you are looking for denim clothing, I recommend the TerraCity branch, but for household items, the MarkAntalya branch offers great discounts.
