While browsing YouTube and checking the list of shopping malls in Antalya, I noticed that NovaMall Shopping Center, with its four floors, is the largest shopping mall in the Manavgat area and welcomes five million domestic and international visitors annually.

This mall attracts many tourists with 120 well-known Turkish and international brands, including H&M, MMM Migros, LC Waikiki, Koton, DeFacto, Superstep, İpekyol, ADL, Pierre Cardin, E-Bebek, D&R, Cinemaximum, Teknosa, Deichmann, and Starbucks.

Additionally, its location is convenient, as it can be easily accessed via the Manavgat bus station. So, I decided to visit and wrote down my shopping experience and the other facilities of this complex for you.

My Shopping Experience at the Stores

Buying a boxer made of flexible and breathable fabric was one of the priorities on my shopping list. By chance, I stopped by DAGI, a store whose ads I frequently saw on Instagram.

I purchased the Black Stitched Detailed Fabric Coated Elastic Boxer at a 50% discount for 324.98 TL. The salesperson carefully explained that the fabric of this underwear provides freshness and comfort throughout the day and perfectly adapts to body contours.

The products in this store had price tags, and the salesperson who assisted me was friendly. However, some customers complained about the indifferent attitude of other staff members. The prices were generally high, but the good discounts made shopping here worthwhile.

Since I always use terry slippers after showering, I visited Madame Coco and bought the Abrial Towel Slippers at an unbelievably low price of 210.00 TL.

Based on my inquiries, the price of similar slippers from other brands was over 500.00 TL, so I considered this a successful purchase. The store’s products were genuinely affordable, and I highly recommend checking it out.

The store’s layout was well-organized according to price tags, making it easy to find the items I was looking for without confusion. The only downside was the newly hired cashiers, who kept making mistakes when calculating the final bill. Because of this, I had to wait about 30 minutes in the checkout line before it was my turn.

Facilities and Entertainment at NovaMall

In addition to its diverse range of stores, NovaMall Shopping Center offers extensive facilities, which include:

I asked some of the store employees for recommendations and compiled a list of the best restaurants in this shopping mall:

After shopping for hours, I had a serious craving for pizza, and this time, I didn’t take any chances—I headed straight to TERRA PIZZA.

Their pizza menu was incredibly diverse, and after some thought, I went with SUPER SAUSAGE, which included pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, diced sausage, sliced sausage, black olives, roasted red pepper, and oregano. A medium-sized pizza was perfect for two people, and I paid 310 TL for it.

Hats off to Gizem and her professional team—everything was perfectly tailored to customer needs. The pizza’s flavor was outstanding, and the quality was top-notch.

After the pizza, I ordered Tea Melon and Strawberry, a recipe I had never tried before. This refreshing drink cost 70 TL, and I found it to be a unique and enjoyable experience.

NovaMall is situated on the Antalya – Alanya highway, 75 km from Antalya, at the midway point between Antalya and Alanya.

The mall’s convenient location makes it easily accessible, right next to the Manavgat bus station.

Final Thoughts

Despite the variety of brands, there was no consistent price control—some items were very expensive, while others were surprisingly cheap. However, based on my experience, prices were generally high, though there was room for bargaining on discounts.

One of the major downsides of this shopping mall was the poor hygiene of the restrooms, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the customer service at the information desk was unhelpful, with staff giving vague and irrelevant responses, leading to confusion among visitors.
