Palladium Mall Istanbul | Shops + Location + Facilities

As an American tourist exploring the bustling streets of Istanbul daily in search of new adventures, this time I decided to visit the Ataşehir district to find a shopping center. That’s how I discovered Palladium Mall Istanbul. I had heard from the locals that this shopping center offers a wide range of options for shopping and exciting experiences in its restaurants and eateries.
So, I temporarily put aside exploring historical sites and immersed myself in shopping at this luxurious mall. In this article, I will share my experiences of visiting this center, from the brands present to the quality of food and available facilities.
List of Stores at Palladium Mall
Table of Contents

Upon entering Palladium Shopping Center Istanbul, I was immediately impressed by its vast size. However, I must note that this mall is smaller compared to shopping centers like Zorlu Center Istanbul, with its area being approximately half the size of Zorlu Center. Yet, it still stands out as a large shopping center spanning five floors and housing a variety of brands.
The product prices in Palladium are not as high as those in Istanbul’s ultra-luxurious malls, such as Emaar Mall, and you can shop at some stores with a moderate budget.
Here is a table showcasing some of the notable stores I encountered during my visit:
| Brand Name | Type of Goods | Floor |
| Zara | Fashion and Clothing | 1st |
| Mango | Fashion and Clothing | 1st |

My Shopping and Visiting Experience at This Mall

While exploring the mall, I couldn’t resist taking a closer look at a few stores. I first visited Zara, where I found a stylish jacket that immediately caught my eye. The price was around 85 dollars, and I think it’s a perfect option for the cooler evenings in Istanbul.
My next stop was Adidas, where I decided to buy a pair of comfortable running shoes for my daily walks around the city. The price for the shoes I wanted was 120 dollars, and the staff in this store were very helpful in finding the right size for me.
Finally, I went to Sephora, where I purchased a facial moisturizer for about 40 dollars because my skin had been damaged from long walks under the sunlight.

In my opinion, shopping should take place in a clean and peaceful environment because if the place where you shop is dirty and crowded, it can definitely affect your shopping experience and lead to poor choices. Fortunately, this shopping center is very clean and calm, and there are no unpleasant smells—especially in the restrooms, which are constantly cleaned by staff using advanced cleaning machines. For this reason, I give Palladium Mall a 10 out of 10 rating in this regard.
Unfortunately, there is also a weakness in the structure of this shopping center that I believe the management needs to address quickly. Occasionally, the cash registers lose power in some stores, which means you have to wait a few minutes to pay for your purchases. For people like me who are always in a hurry, this is completely unacceptable.
Facilities and Entertainment at Palladium Mall

- Parking: Ample parking space is available for visitors, and you can use it free of charge.
- ATMs: Conveniently located throughout the mall, these machines provide quick access to cash. However, be aware that they only dispense Turkish Lira and might charge a small fee for currency exchange.
- Prayer Room: If you need a place to rest, you can use the prayer room.
- Children’s Play Area
- Cinema: The Cinemaximum cinema on the third floor features 10 theaters, including 3D options, offering a comfortable movie-watching experience.
Restaurants at Palladium Mall

After a long day of shopping, I was eager to recharge at one of the many dining options. Below is a table of a few restaurants that caught my attention in Palladium Mall:
| Floor | Cuisine Type | Restaurant Name |
| 1st | Fast Food | Burger King |
| 1st | Turkish Desserts | Saray Muhallebicisi |
| 1st | Grocery | Şok Market |
| 1st | Fast Food | KFC |
| 2nd | Italian Cuisine | Mezzaluna |
| 1st | Ice Cream and Desserts | Gözde Dondurma |
| 2nd | Coffee and Snacks | Cafe Nero |
| 1st | Coffee and Pastry | Starbucks |
| 2nd | International Cuisine | Midpoint |
| 1st | Turkish Street Food | Kumpir |
I decided to enjoy traditional Turkish desserts at Saray Muhallebicisi, a place where delicious baklava and other sweets are sold. I tried the pistachio baklava, which had a sweet and delightful flavor, and it cost around $5.

I also noticed that many people were enjoying their meals at KFC and Burger King, so I decided to buy a burger and fried chicken from there as well and thoroughly enjoyed my meal.
Access and Operating Hours
Reaching Palladium Mall Istanbul is very simple. If you are traveling by metro, take the M4 line and get off at Kozyatağı station. From there, you can take a bus or a taxi for a short ride to the mall. If you prefer to take the bus, several direct lines, such as 130 and 134, go to the shopping center.
This shopping center is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, providing you with ample time for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
